30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return

Return Approval
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.
Please note: sale items and gift cards are also non‑returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
